    Does this plugin have any fields that corresponds to the HTTP client caching response headers cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, x-srcache-store-status, and x-srcache-fetch-status?

    no , we have our own cache header as following: x-litespeed-cache, x-lsadc-cache and x-qc-cache , we use site_status_page_cache_supported_cache_headers filter to add our headers into site health tool check list.
