King Login Widget

Anyone else using the King Login widget? I upload it as the instructions say (put it where the widgets.php is), but when I go to activate it, it isn’t there. I’ve also uploaded the King-Includes which is required and that doesn’t appear in the plugins either. I’ve tried a google search, but doesn’t seem like anyone else is having this problem. Thanks!
