• I was just now notified that my website has been down for a while. I am trying to do the fix from a previous thread about this problem but I don’t see the customizer.php file. Can someone please help me get this resolved. My customer is really upset.

  • If you don’t see that file, you need to reinstall the theme. Probably don’t have complete theme installation. Please use an FTP or cPanel to remove the old theme folder and upload a new one.
