    Hi there,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that you are using the shortcode for the checkout and my account pages, but the page layout is not being applied correctly to the checkout and my account pages. Please note that we only provide support for WooCommerce core features. Since the page style or design is controlled by the theme or plugin you are using, I suggest reaching out to your theme or plugin provider and asking them to help you apply the correct template for the checkout and my account pages.

    Regarding the thank-you page:
    By default, the word “thank-you” does not appear in the URL. The thank-you page URL typically follows this structure:

    https://yourstore.com/checkout/order-received/{order_id}/?key=wc_order_{unique_key}

    I placed a test order on your site, and I was successfully redirected to the thank-you page, which displayed the order information and a thank-you message.

    If you want to include the word “thank-you” in the URL, you will need to use a custom plugin that allows you to modify the URL structure or achieve this through custom development.

    If you need more in-depth support or want to consider professional assistance for customization, I can recommend?WooExperts?and?Codeable.io?as options for getting professional help. Alternatively, you can also ask your development questions in the??WooCommerce Community Slack?as custom code falls outside our usual?scope of support.

    Hi there!

    Regarding my previous message, I forget to mention, You can replace the “order-received” word with “thank-you.” To do this, you need to change the checkout endpoint for “Order received” to “thank-you.”

    You can make this change by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/AziVl1F8tW7g

    I hope this helps.
