Kitchen Sink style options replaced with boxes

  • One minute I had the kitchen sink normal style options and then after installing woocommerece I noticed the weird boxes showed up. I disabled woocommerce issue not solved. I then disabled SG caching pluging both plugin and in cpanel in site ground still the same issue. This has happened in another site, but when I disabled the SG caching plugin the kitchen sink came back to normal. So not sure if the database is corrupted now. At a loss as how to fix and neither hosting or theme developer has solved the problem.

  • Have you tried disabling all plugins other than WooCommerce? If doing so resolves it, then you can re-enable all plugins one by one until you find the culprit.

    Next, you’ll want to try switching to the default Twenty Nineteen theme, and see if the problem is fixed. If that resolves it, then you will need to contact your theme author and request assistance.

    Thanks for your response. It ended up being an issue with the hosting company and theme conflict
