When you change the mode to live what happens?

Did you login to your Stripe dashboard and enable Klarna?

klarna is active on stripe. under live mode i get following error
'An error occurred while processing the card. Try again later or with a different payment method.'

That’s a message coming directly from Stripe and not the plugin.

What’s your account ID? There is a delay between when you activate Klarna in Stripe and when you can use it in live mode.

Also are you testing using a real card or a fake card? You must use real card numbers when live mode is enabled.

thanks for the reply, i don’t reach the point where i can add card info. I have three payment methods enabled.
1. paypal
2. stripe credit card-
3. klarna

on test mode when i select klarna and submit checkout button it give me bunch of options. while when i change the mode to live i get an error at checkout

I was able to locate your account ID and review the logs. This error is not a result of anything the plugin is doing. I sent an email to Stripe detailing the issue and I copied the email on file for your account.

They should respond shortly with an update.

Setting to resolve since the Stripe team is corresponding via email. The issue appears to be on the Klarna side.

I got the same Problem. All is Live on Stripe and i get exactly the same error

Is there any solution available please?

@maykbiletti can you please provide your account ID so I can look at the logs? That will give more insight in to the error message.
