    Hi,
    i am trying to activate klarna for stripe. While in test mode it works fine but when i change the mode to live..

    I have also another problem.

    I have activated Apple Pay on stripe.

    Some people see it on there iOS devices

    And some not. I don’t see at all

    @maykbiletti Apple Pay shows fine for me on your site. Per the link I sent you, you must have a valid payment method saved in the Apple Wallet of the device you are using.

    Yes I have a valid card on my wallet.
    Not only one. And i Pay on other pages with Apple Pay is well. Except on mine I don’t see it.

    I am having exactly the same issue with Klarna.
    Did you resolve the error ‘An error occurred while processing the card. Try again later or with a different payment method.’?

    My klarna payment method is active in stripe dashboard.

    Reviewing the logs, they instruct the merchant to contact Stripe about the error. The log entry provides no details except that there was an unexpected error and that the merchant should contact Stripe.

    I can’t contact Stripe on your behalf so you will need to reach to them with the following log request ID: req_bAWChIVNpd5ECO

    Reviewing the data sent to Stripe, the plugin is doing what it’s supposed to do. So Stripe will have to inform us why this request that appears fine would fail once it gets to their system.

    On my Problem no news or? It’s still not working. Just got another mail today Klarna is now activated on your stripe account. There came a view already.

    You just had Klarna activated in live mode? It should have been activated when you were testing with live mode.

    Have you performed any live mode tests since you received a notification that Klarna is now active

    I haven’t received any updates from stripe. This is not a bug with the plug-in so we’re just gonna have to wait until stripe provides some clarity.

    I understand that Klarna sources keep on failing and and I am glad we got to discuss this while on the phone. I had a look into this for you and managed to follow up on your previous requests to see what more I could find.

    It seems that our specialists are currently working on the issue and you should hear from them as soon as they have an update. In saying that, I will bring some of the details that we discussed to their attention and I will highlight its urgency. They will reach out as soon as possible to assist you further.

    I have not gotten a response from Stripe, and unfortunately this is not some thing I can resolve via the plug-in since it’s not a plugin issue.
