Often when getting a Unauthorized error you can try these things first:
401 – Unauthorized
If you receive this error message it usually means that you are using your credentials for the wrong plugin. It could also mean that the username and/or password is incorrect, try copying & pasting instead of typing in directly and double check for whitespace. If you need support, you should email your regions Klarna Merchant contact.

If this does not help you, you need to contact Klarnas merchant support as this is an account related issue. We as a third party developer has no access to this info so Klarna is the only ones that can help you in this case,
