Klarna Checkout — Not receiving new order email

    I’m running WooCommerce . My store uses the klarna checkout. I have “new order” notification enabled but I’m not getting any notifications. I always have to click on the orders manually, so I receive “new order” mail. Please help.

    I’ve posted my thoughts there and I’m closing this thread.

    This problem is only with the Klarna Checkout. It’s not a problem with SMTP.

    When I set an order using PayPal or another payment method than Klarna I get the E-Mail notification… With Klarna as payment method only the customer gets the notification.

    that is exactly my problem. I get all the confirmations, only not from klarna.
