Klarna description always visible

Unfortunately not, when another payment method is selected the Klarna Payments description is removed and only shows the description of the selected payment method.

the problem is that the payment method title is “3 interest-free payments” and the user can’t understand that this is klarna payment. Is there a way to change the name title?

There should still be a Klarna logo visible. You will have to contact your Klarna Merchant Support regarding that due we are unfortunately not able to access that information.

FYI: there was a recent release (version 3.1.2 per https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-payments-for-woocommerce/releases/tag/3.1.2) for the Klarna Payments plugin that updates the logic for displaying the Klarna logo. Hopefully that helps customers recognize Klarna better in your store.

Additionally, it is documented now at https://docs.krokedil.com/klarna-payments-for-woocommerce/customization/faq/#can-i-change-the-name-andor-description that Klarna controls the title of the Klarna payment method.
