Do you mean the redirect to the Klarna payment page isn’t working?

Can you share your website url? There is nothing different between test mode and live mode. It’s the same code so it might be related to your Stripe account.

The payment method type "klarna" is invalid. Please ensure the provided type is activated in your dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payments/settings) and your account is enabled for any preview features that you are trying to use..

It looks like you need to login to your stripe.com account and navigate to the payment methods section and enable Klarna.

You seemed to imply you wanted to use another plugin so that’s why I suggested you could deactivate this one.

Can you provide some details on why you think Ideal isn’t working? Lots of merchants use Ideal through our plugin without any issues.

Per the plugin docs you can’t manually enter the API keys for live mode.

I want to use this plugin, because its better designed.

I have tested in the incognito from google chrome. The ideal works. But the Klarna, don’t work yet. We have already tested with the other plugin and there it works on stripe and we before we connected the account from the button on this plugin it works also.

Not it looks when you choose for klarna it standing in a loop.

You need to go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods and enable Klarna if you want to use Klarna through your Stripe account.

Thanks for the screenshot. Is that a screenshot of live mode? If so, we recommend you reach out to https://support.stripe.com/ and create a support request, showing them the screenshot and the error message. It looks like an internal config issue within Stripe.

This is not an error that’s related to the plugin.

I have contacted the support and this is an account problem.

When i want to add the account the account of sekstoyskopen.nl its not visable to select, thats why klarna its not enabled. because its a wrong account.

Can you help me why its not visable to select the good account?

Hi @anti89,

Those links don’t work but the most common reason for not seeing the accounts on the Connect page is because you aren’t connecting using the account owners email address.

The Stripe account owner must be the one to perform the Connect process. It can’t be a developer account.
