Klarna not showing at checkout

    I’m using storefront theme and klarna is not showing on the checkout page. If I use the block checkout, then it works fine, BUT I don’t want to use it.

    When using the regular [woocommerce_checkout] klarana is missing from checkout page. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    Are you using Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce or Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin? It looks like you are using Klarna Checkout on your site.

    How are you trying to implement the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode, is it via a shortcode widget on the checkout page? Please send a screenshot on how you have implemented the shortcode.

    I tried to use klarna payments, but i didn’t get it to work. So i had to use klarna checkout.

    Klarna checkout works fine, but I’d prefer to use klarna payments.

    Below is a picture of my checkout page in the code editor. Other payment systems works fine

    Hi,

    Is your Klarna account configured for Klarna Checkout or Klarna Payments?

    If it is configured for Klarna Checkout you can not use Klarna Payments instead, then you will have to contact Klarna and configure your account to work for Klarna Payments and get correct credentials.

    The [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode needs be placed inside a shortcode widget on your checkout page, now you are using a paragraph tag. You can read more about shortcode widget in WooCommerce here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#where-to-use

    Marking this topic as resolved, as Klarna shows recent successful (KCO) orders for the merchant_id for this store (correlation_id:?62656889-5fe9-43d1-9b62-8944a237c671 / timestamp:?2023-06-22T11:15:41.936Z).

    The merchant_id is configured for either KCO or KP though, so KP should also be able to work.
