    Hi,

    On my website, we have 2 orders that have been processed as normal. But the last order has been set to “Processing” (as it should), but when trying to “Complete” that last order, it goes to “Pending”. The order is not received in Klarna Merchant, and when looking at the order log, it says “Klarna order ID is missing, Klarna order could not be captured at this time”.

    If the order wasn’t processed by Klarna, then how could it be set to “Processing”, and not cancelled?

    Do you have a fix for this?

    Resolved:

    The reason for why the orders get set to On Hold is because a user has manually set a Pending Payment order to Processing which is not possible since the order is missing a Klarna orderID and therefore the order is set to On Hold by our plugin. If this On Hold order that you have was not manually set to Processing the order should most likely be cancelled since the order is missing a Klarna orderID and therefore it is not a correct order to be processed. So the main issue is that for some reason Pending Payment orders are manually handled which they should not be.
