    Hi,

There seems to be some issue using klarna payments and cartflow plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cartflows/).

When doing checkout you can add social security number but after that you will get 401 (unauthorized).

Edit: this error occurs using that particular plugin, sales are flowing normally with it disabled

    Hi,

We have not tested the cartflows plugin with our plugins so we do not know if the cartflows plugin is compatible with our Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin or not.

Where does this add social security number field come from, is it any custom field that you have added? The Klarna Payments plugin has support for all WooCommerce default checkout fields and if this is a custom field try and remove that field and see if it works.

This seems to be an issue where the carflow plugin is not compatible with the Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin and since that is not a plugin we claim to have support for we are unfortunately not able to help you further.

    Hi,

That social security number field comes from your own plugin that you need to add when you are making the purchase.

Cartflow uses default woocommerce checkout fields. but it overrides your original page set from woocom settings. I’m fairly sure this might cause the issue.

Paytrail or other payment methods we use does work seamlessly with cartflow.

Is this something you could consider to add in your backlog?

    Hi,

We need to be able to recreate the issue too see where the issue is, i have tested the cartflows plugin in a Klarna Payments test environment and I am not able to recreate the issue you mentioned. I am able to complete an order when having the cartflows plugin activated without any errors.

Here is a Klarna Payments test environment where the cartflows plugin is activated where you can make a test purchase:

Note that this environment is set up for Sweden so you need to use Swedish billing details in the checkout. You can use this sample data:
