    Hey guys!
    Paying using klarna doesn’t work on the Instagram in app browser for me. It’s not only my webpage but I also checked other WooCommerce pages of big companies for example hellobody.de

    Also tried to change devices (all iOS) but it seems to keep loading forever and the iFrame to type the birthdate doesn’t show up.

    To replicate the issue, open Instagram on an iPhone, go to @nicciagermany or @hellobody, click on the website link in the bio, add something to cart, type in an address, choose one of the klarna payment options and click the buy now button, normally, using any other browser, a popup to type in your birthdate will show up, but with the Instagram in-app browser it doesn’t. The problem is that it’s not possible to debug the Instagram in-app browser.

    This issue is not in the Woo Klarna Payments plugin code, but rather the Klarna code. Please open a Klarna Merchant Support case (from https://klarna.com/merchant-support). (I have also pinged the appropriate team though.) thanks.

    Thanks for your answer, have you been able to replicate the error though, maybe even been aware of this? Or is it just happening to me?

    Hi @klarna,
    I opened up a support ticket reporting my Problem to klarna and also referencing to this thread. All I got as an answer is that the integration with WooCommerce might be the problem and they told me to contact WooCommerce support. I did not update WooCommerce however and a couple weeks ago everything worked fine with the same WooCommerce version. Also you told me it’s the code returned by Klarna that’s causing the issue. Anything else I could do to resolve this? It’s effecting every store using klarna that’s being opened through Instagram and I feel like this should be a big concern.

    Further apologies regarding the response to your Klarna Merchant Support ticket; I will escalate with that team regarding this.

    I can share good news about this issue though: the Klarna Payments team released a fix earlier today which should hopefully resolve this.

    Please let us know if this is working well now or if any further support is needed.
