Klarna Payments Authorization failed by some customers

    Hi Team,
    we use the newest update and have Problems with Klarna Payments Plugin for WordPress since 3 weeks now. By some users the Klarna payment works and by some not. It seems not to be a constant Problem. I got this Problem error in the backend: “Klarna Payments Authorization failed”.
    In the frontend the customer gets just a never ending loading Icon, istead of the Pop-up where he needs to enter the birth date.

    Hi,

    I have replied to a support ticket from you just now. This is not a bug or an error, this is how the new flow for the plugin works. We now follow the intended flow for an order in WooCommerce a lot closer and due to that, some orders might get placed and stay as pending payment.

    This is because Klarna after the order has been created in WooCommerce rejects the order. Due to low credit for the customer or something else that is wrong. We sadly cant get that data, so we cant share that with the merchant, which is why this is not displayed anywhere. We can only tell that the auth has failed.
