    Hi,

    first of all – really nice and very bugless plugin. Thank’s for this job.

    But it looks like i have found a bug with klarna payment. Some orders get this error message:
    “Error processing payment. Reason: NOT_FOUND|||Invalid authorization token”

    And sometimes this order is marked as paid successful after maybe 1-2 hours. Some customers told me he tried to used a coupon code but i cant replicate this.

    I hope you can help.

    Thank you, glad that you like the plugin.

    This error message comes directly from the Klarna and Stripe integration. This error has been reported before but in those instances it was a misconfiguration internally with how Stripe was connected to Klarna via the merchant’s account.

    I would recommend reaching out to Stripe customer support and asking them to check your internal merchant configurations.

    Are you able to share your Stripe account ID so we can take a look at your logs? You can provide that here or send via our support button in the plugin settings.

    If you are able to re-create the error at some point, please document your steps and we can try and re-create on our end.
