You do not need to password protect the system report. My suggestion is that you remove it after I have read it.

Are you able to get Klarna Payments for WooCommerce working using test credentials?

Logs says something about wrong URI

I tried to check out at your site using the sample data from Klarna:

It created the error message: Billing Postcode is not a valid postcode / ZIP.

I think this might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
My suggestion is that you use this troubleshooting guide step to check:
