    I succesfully integrated “Contact 7” with “Klaviyo” but the itegration it is not working anymore.
    I will share some images to document where i’m standing now:

    Hello,

    Seems all are ok so not sure what is the issue. Can you please re-save Klaviyo API key in settings and then re-create the integration again? Also deactivate old activation.

    Already did that, the problem persists….

    I think the API is not the problem as the integration brings the Klaviyo info without problem.

    Thanks for your post Nasirahmed,

    I upgraded, tried the form in my web page, it did not get to the list in klaviyo.

    In short, it did NOT resolve the problem.

    It has to be another thing

    Hi Abraham,
    It looks like this integration might be using an incorrect API call to subscribe profiles to your list in Klaviyo, and this may be contributing to the issue you are seeing. It should be using the “Subscribe to List” call found in our API documentation here: https://www.klaviyo.com/docs/api/v2/lists. Unfortunately they have built their own integration independent of Klaviyo so this is not a change that we are able to make on our end. Please follow up with Contact 7’s support to update the integration on their end using the correct API calls from our documentation in order to repair this integration issue.

    Do I have to reinstall the plugin?
    Or do some aditional thing?

    I made a test as it is and nothig new happened

    I have done as you said but nothing get to mail Klaviyo List!

    I checked the video, that is what I want.
    For sure I’m makng a mistake….
