    I just upgraded to AFI pro specifically to integrate my Forminator user registration form with my Klaviyo mailing list so my community members can receive newsletters.

    I’ve checked my API key, created a new API key, I’ve tried both my first key and the new one and double checked them.

    My lists are showing up and everything seems to go through, but when I test the connection by signing up with a different email account, the new user is not showing up in the mailing list I’ve chosen, nor anywhere on my Klaviyo account.

    Please help me resolve this issue. I’m having to add users manually at this point.

    Hello,

    Can you please check the log section? If the log shows successful, then please check the double opt-in feature for the list. By default it is turned on, that is the user will get a confirmation email first. If he confirms then the data will be added to the list. To turn it off, you might have to contact Klaviyo support. If you get any error in the log or any other problem, please feel free to send an email to [email protected].
