Klayvio / Cart.php error

When our customers are clicking on a Klayvio Cart Abandonment email they are getting an error page stating “We’re sorry you’re not allowed to proceed.” Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from Spam Sites.

This is happening when directed to cart.php is there any way we can fix this or add it to a safe lift?
