Knews plugin 1.6.4 not compatible with wordpress 4.0

    Knews 1.6.4 works fine with WP 4.0 in our testing webservers and you’re the only reported this issue.

    First of all: solve the SMTP configuration, go to Knews > Config > Advanced > Submit method and check the values

    Hi,
    Smtp settings are fine, as the test mail to check smtp server is delivered.

    Kron also is running properly.
    Single email submit is also failing on submit newsletter page.

    This is happening from around 1st sept.
