Knowledge Base > Header > No Background Image

  • Environment:
    WordPress 6.4.3
    Basepress 2.16.1

    Observation / Issue:
    Knowledge Base > Manage KB > Selected KB > Designated image does not appear as background image for the knowledge base on the frontend.

    Troubleshooting:
    – Issue persists when all other plugins are deactivated.
    – Issue persists when caching is cleared and deactivated.

    Is this User error in my case (using plugin incorrectly), or does this sound like an issue to resolve?

    div#HeaderImg reveals no image within the source code using Element Inspection.

    Note:
    An image is attached to the knowledge base.

    Can we not ignore this informed support request?

    I do not wish to ignore this request. However, it would be great if you can write to us via the contact information on our website. Ideally, create a staging site so we can look at it and find out a fix.
