Knowledgebase available in WP?

the plugin just been updated for 1.9.6 compatability so your timing is perfect haha ??

We have not yet made any plans for the KB in wordpress, but we will add it to the list.

(main request now is support topics integration for next version, and better ticket timing based up on osticket usertime).

I guess it is a bit difficult to give an idea of time frame for the KB integration?
Just wondering how I can use the plugin within WP, and the KB outside.
Is it possible to use OT outside WP, and integrate whenever the KB can be used within WP? Or does that create all sorts of troubles with merging users?

Yeah it’s a bit difficult at this point.

I personally would use WP pages to create the KB but that means it won’t auto search on ticket creation for osticket if you use this feature.

you can use Osticket with or without plugin, our plugin is made to seemlessly integrate with existing ostickets too, only consequence is that our plugin will update the osticket user to it’s simplistic form if the email exists in osticket already. but generally shouldn’t cause any issues.
