• I have a wordpress blog implemented in an online platform. When I installed WP Knowledgebase only this icon ‘>’ shows on the page.

I have copied the folder wp_knowledge and created a page as you described in other posts but nothing works. It might be a htaccess issue aswell but I don’t know. I use the Alienship template.

Permalinks is set to Post name aswell.

    Thanks.

Please post a link to the page with your knowledgebase so I can take a look and try to understand what you mean.

It may also be helpful if you can show me a screenshot of the page itself in the editor (so I can check the permalink, the page template and the shortcode all appear correctly), and a screenshot of the WP Knowledgebase settings screen so I can check those too.

    Thanks
    Maeve
