Known bugs only fixed when you pay for it

  • Too complicated to setup and interfers with other plugins.
    Support tickets get fast replies but even if the developer know a fix they wont release it within time because they don’t care about second level bugs but money only.

    There’s a fairly simple story here.

    @phloo wanted us to fix a integration bug between PublishPress Permissions and another plugin he was using.

    We said we would fix it, but there were higher-priority bugs that needed fixing first.

    @phloo kept insisting that his bug be fixed, and finally posted this review on the day the fix was released.
