    Good afternoon,

This is the second time that we’ve experienced Koko Analytics not registering any statistics for several consecutive days.

Last month, we solved it by removing Duplicator, and Koko Analytics started working again.

This time, we don’t know what’s happening. Since the 2nd of this month, it hasn’t been recording visits correctly.

    Can you help me?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I can’t seem to access your website, it says “Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner”. I would check for the following things:

    • In your website’s source, check if the script.js file from the Koko Analytics plugin directory is properly loaded.
    • If script.js is loaded, open up your browser’s Network tab, reload the page and check to see if there’s a HTTP request to koko-analytics-collect.php . Does that request exist and does it return a HTTP status of 200 OK?
    • Install the Advanced Cron Manager plugin and check to see if the koko_analytics_aggregate_stats event is running every few minutes.

Hope that helps you find the culprit. If your site becomes accessible for me, I’d be happy to take a look for you too.

    Danny
