Komoot map not displaying on frontend

  • I have been asked to see if I could fix a site where a komoot map is not displaying on the frontend. When looking at the backend I can see that the komoot map is iframed in and displays correctly here (see screenshot)

    Hi there!

    From the looks of things that could be a plugin causing that. First thing that came to mind would be deactivating plugins to see which one is doing that. I feel like that vc_ is visual composer but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen/used that.

    If deactivating the plugin does resolve that, I suggest reaching out to the plugin’s support.
