KopaTheme no demo or documentation in free downloads?

After looking at their demos at kopatheme.com, it looked as most themes had documentation, as well as a demo.xml to import content.
After downloading both New Lotus and Ad.Weekly or Ad_Mag_Lite, it doesn’t look like the download has either of those.

they’ve got some awesome looking themes, but without the demo.xml and any form of documentation to help build a demo-ish site, even the free download has little value.

Am I missing something?
