Kubrick Theme “Key”
-
I’ve seen recommendations to ditch the default Kubrick theme, pick another and modify that. I went through looking at a bunch of other themes and find that the one I like the most is the default Kubrick theme.
The ONLY thing I want to do is make it fit into my regular site better.
My regular site is https://www.rhdefense.com and the WordPress blog I’m trying to put up can be reached either through https://www.probablecause.us or https://www.rhdefense.com/blog.
For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to change a few things that really have to be changed:
- I want to change the color of the blog name and description.
- I want to change the width of the border around the main text so that it will match the width of the header image.
- I want to change the inside color (i.e., inside the border).
I think that actually might be about it. I thought I knew CSS fairly well. In fact, I actually designed my original site myself. I’m just trying to get the blog to blend with the rest of the site.
Is there a key to the CSS sheet that explains what’s going to change what on the page? Because my regular CSS skills aren’t helping me here.
Advice?
Thanks.
