    Hey Jeff,

    Thanks for creating this contact form. As I wrote in my review I’ve been using Contact Coldform since Grunion was integrated in Jetpack. Contact Coldform works fine but CFX is on another level!

    I did notice something funny:

    It looks like the “label” and “placeholder” fields are actually displayed in reverse on the front-end. I mean, the label field is used as placeholder and the placeholder field is used as label.

    Example: I named all my label-fields “label” and all placeholder-fields “placeholder”. This is what it looks like on the front-end: https://imgur.com/a/YX2fO9N

    It’s not the end of the world, but I thought I’d let you know.

    Cheers!

    Hey Matt,

    Thanks for the great feedback ??

    Yeah that sounds like a bug. I will investigate and get it fixed up in the next plugin update. Thank you very much for reporting, it helps to improve the plugin for all users.

    I’ve just come across this bug too!

    Placeholder and Label values are swapped still – not sure if a new version has been released since…

    Great plugin though! ??

    Temporarily using CSS tweak:

    ::placeholder {color: transparent;}

    as a way to clean up appearance, rather than empty field and lose it.

    Not yet Mike, but will be fixed in the next update. Should be available in the next week or so, depending on schedule, etc. Thanks for the feedback.
