Label no display value on product page.

    Hi, I install the plugin in my woocommerce I’m using the label for sizes, but after a while the information inside the label just disappear and doesn’t show on the page, I have a blank square, the tooltip have the label when the mouse is over. Someone knows how to make this works?

    I already try to uninstall the plugin and instal again, I instal and uninstalling in plugins and then with FTP, I deactivate and activate again, I already delete de label and create again and then insert again on products, I still have the same problem.

    I’m using a theme I brought on themeforest. Could this be the problem?

    @ehsaanfaysal Without any prevarification and as completely honest as you can: why exactly are you asking for a ticket on your site. Be honest please.

    Just to be clear, this issue was not resolved as is mark on this post. I didn’t get any solution and I’ll not open a ticket on plugin site. I have this platform to get a solution. I think the plugin it’s broken so we have to get in touch with the developers.

    If a solution was given in the link above I just share, I think the developers already know how to solve without make me go to the website and open for a ticket.

    Actually, the theme of themeforest sometimes miss the proper hook. So, we have to provide the custom fix for theme. He was asking question for premium plugin that’s why I ask to open ticket on our site.

    In future, I’ll take care of your suggestion.

    It’s not your commercial theme. You do not need to provide support for users of your plugin that way. Keep support here and please do not send users to your site again.

    These are not your customers. These are your collaborators helping you, a volunteer who provided open source code for free and on your own time. Do not send users to your site, that’s a problem.
