Label outside of paper format

You can now change the format of the labels within the setting, see – https://www.dropbox.com/s/e3aqkmud700wdss/Screenshot%202020-08-06%20at%2014.26.09.png?dl=0.

Try setting to “910-300-700” to see if it fixes the issue.

I am facing the exact same issue as described by @redima.

The first page of the label always goes outside of the printing area. Just like the image he shared. Following pages are ok though.

Can you please share a solution for this?

There might be settings related to the label format within your DHL Business Portal, can you verify that and reach out to their support to confirm?

We have the same issue.

We have changed the settings to 910-300-700, but now the label is printed landscape instead of portrait. When we print from the Business Portal everything looks fine.

@josianne to confirm, did you delete the existing label and regenerate it after saving the setting?

@shadi I wasn’t the one who created this label, but I think my colleague tried it with a new order for which we didn’t create a label yet.

We have tried changing the settings in the general printing options, but that makes the label even smaller.
