label positioned on top of the stars

    Hello,
    I have just installed the plugin and all seem to be working great, except for some reason the label position is calculated wrong and is positioned on top of the stars, which makes it really hard to click. In the preview in the admin, it’s working fine there… Here is a link: https://www.stylist24.fr/magazin

    I have checked and doesn’t seem any of my styles are applied to it, except things like font or so, so shouldn’t affect the position…

    As the javascript is minified and not on my server, cannot see how the position is calculated and why it is off.

    Thanks for the heads up. We’ve recently improved the tooltip offset calculation method but seems like it’s not perfect as well. I’ve forwarded it to the relevant person to handle and will get back to you once resolved.

    Hi @gioiafueter,

    I’ve just got a quick response from the tech support saying your stylesheet have a custom CSS rule that changes the location of the tooltip:

    .rw-ui-tooltip {
    margin-top: -13px !important;
}

    Once removed it looks fine. Please let me know if that worked.

    Hi,
    The problem was the admin bar, it puts of the calculation. As you were not logged in, you saw it ok, and then the special style that I added to correct it was making it wrong…

    Now I have hidden the admin bar for all and all is ok, but you might want to take the admin menu into considaration when you calculate the position… I don’t need it but others might ??
