Label still visible when user hide mandatory field

Hello,
I have a field that is mandatory if the shipping is to Italy, but I want to hide it if the shipping is to another country.

When the user selects the other country for shipping the field get correctly hid but the label is still visible.

I think is a javascript bug because I noticed that the label acquire a “display:block” while should get a “display:none”
