Labels & text boxes not on the same line (contact form)

I use a contact form plugin. It functions correctly, however in IE 7 the labels of the text boxes are not aligned correctly, so that it seems that the last text box has no label at all (see: https://llrscw.nl.server1.starthosting.nl/contact/. It looks perfect in Firefox.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this?
