Labels

All of my Web Stories are demonstrations of how to make various recipes. I would like to be able to add labels to the video one at a time showing the ingredients as I add them in. I am currently using other video editing software to do this which makes the text burned in when I add the video to my Web Story editor (which I know is not ideal for Google indexing).

Is there a way to add text to my videos in the same manner without burning it in? I see the option to animate text but I don’t see a way add text at a certain point in a video and then have it disappear.
