    Good Day!

    Some of the stat labels shown in your widget do not match those shown in your dashboard overview.

    For example:

    (a) Widget says: “Avg. Time of Page” > Dashboard Overview says: “Avg. Time on Site

    (b) Widget says: “Average Pages” > Dashboard Overview says: “Pages/Session

    Kindly audit your labels (widget vs. dashboard overview) and correct them at your earliest opportunity.

    Thank you!

  • Hi,

    They are not interchangeable labels, they all have different meaning. I’ll explain.

    Avg. Time of Page (in widget) is the average time spent on each individual page of your site.

    Avg. Time on Site (on the dashboard) is the total of the average time spent on all the pages on your site.

    Page Views (in widget) is the total number of pages on every visit, regardless of the session.

    Pages/Session (on the dashboard) is the total number of page visits per session. Any number of views on the same page will count as one view.

    Hopefully this answers your question.

    @hamzawpb,

    Thank you. Kindly look at all of them again.

    For example (not mentioned above), your widget says “Average Pages“; your dashboard overview says: “Pages/Session” Both have the same value.

    So, “Average Pages” needs to be changed to “Pages/Session”

    Above needs to be fixed (i.e., wording needs to match)

    Thank you!
