Labels don’t show on home pages

Hello,

What theme are you using and how are you showing the products eg best sellers on the home page. If you are are using some page builder please name it and the block used from the builder.

I use Flatsome theme – I also use UX builder – the label is not showing everywhere that I use the UX builder – is there any shortcode or anything can be used?

Plugin has shortcodes
[br-wapl-all]
[br-wapl-label]
[br-wapl-image]

In most cases you can just use [br-wapl-all] shortcode with your builder. In some specific situation you would prefer 2 others.

The other issue is that whilst labels are showing fine on the desktop computer, they are not showing on the mobile. It’s like they are masked and are behind the product picture.

Can you please tell me how to resolve that?

It’s not working. Please look at your screenshots again. That percentage discount is not from the Advanced Label.

Please note on the first two images labels are showing but I am talking about the last image which is not showing. Check the home page scroll down they are not showing then check the shop page you will see the different.

If it is some custom element or shortcode to display products on home page, then it can be without needed hooks. You can try to change “Shop hook” option in plugin settings. Or you can use some custom code to add it on home page.

Hi, labels not appearing on home page and categories in my template too. It only appears on the single product page. Am using theme Legenda by 8theme. May I know what is the solution?
