labels for video thumbnails

hi!

does anyone know what plugin I might use to get a label/sticker/price tag on each of my videos – for an example of what I mean see https://www.crowdcube.com/ and see the 2days left and 3 days left stickers on some of the thumbnails. Any ideas welcome!
