Labels showing twice

    The contact form on this page shows each field name twice. I have the Label Position set to hidden. Also there is a spinning graphic beneath the submit button. I have not idea why that is there or how to get rid of it.

    Hello,

    Sorry for keeping you waiting. We have checked your website again and the errors are specific to your website.
    Your website has errors which in its turn prevent the CSS files from being called. The website has the same errors on other pages as well. CSS rules are blocked and this can be the reason for the issue.
