Lack of a “how to”

  • I just love how plugin developers, at least a HUGE number of them, create a wonderful plugin with absolutely no tutorial.
    I’m sure that I end up trashing perfectly good plugins (like this one) because the user is left on his own to figure everything out.

    Moving on!

    We’re actively working on improving our knowledge base, but was there anything specific that you were having issues with? Unfortunately, plugin reviews like this are not super helpful for us to improve upon. We’d rather help you out through our support channels so that we know what it is you’re having trouble with.

    Anyway, no harm done if you’d prefer to use another plugin. Sorry we couldn’t be of help, but the best of luck on your sites!
