Lack of promised features and unprofessional support (UPD)

I’ve bought the Pro version of this plugin, and the developer promised in the email exchange that the plugin supports single license across all subdomains, and that it allows to import/export price lists to another WordPress install.

First of all, the license kind of works, but once in a while (quite often) it just gets deactivated and you need to reactivate it again, otherwise you lose most features. Very annoying.

Secondly, backup and restore doesn’t work at this point for me. When I reported it to the developer, they went on radio silence for 6 days already.

Until these issues are fixed, I can’t recommend this plugin to anyone and give more that 1 star.

UPD 1: the support member contacted me and helped to resolve the import/export issue, so I’m changing my review to 4 stars now as most of the features are working OK for me now. I’m happy to change to 5 stars once the missing license issue is fixed.
