Hello, I was a premium CMind tooltip user, I switched to your plugin “Glossary” recently, because I really found it the best tooltip plugins available, so intuitive and clean, but there are 2 things we should fix before being at the top #1.

1- If the WordPress dashboard was in Arabic or Hebrew, and we tried to enable tooltip, for example, for posts, a weird bug occurs, we will see a blank page with unlimited scroll downs/ups.
2- This is important, the tooltip pop-up doesn’t support RTL right to left texts, it’s mandatory for Arabic, Hebrew readers. Without it, these users won’t be able to use your plugin, then they will have to find alternatives. So why don’t we make them happy ??

I hope these will get fixed because I really don’t want to switch back to CM tooltip which supports RTL already.

  • Hi Ismailali, we support RTL languages infact we did tests with hebrew and arabs for development.
Let me understand what are the issue that you are facing so I can investigate better about what is happening.

    1) So if WordPress is using a RTL language the frontend is not rendered right but instead with another language the problem doesn’t happen? Can I have a website with this problem?
    2) The tooltip support RTL language but I don’t understand what is your problem. The tooltip is printed or not? It is positioned in the right place?

I wish I could record a video, np. Please take a look at this page (in Arabic) https://bit.ly/2H3B7k1

Under the video, please hover over the word ????? , you will see that the text isn’t aligned at the right, it should start from right to left.

The setting page of the plugin shows a bug if the wp dashboard was in Arabic or Hebrew, after switching back to English everything works fine. This isn’t really a problem for me, but some Arab/Hebrew bloggers can get intimidated by it and think the plugin is broken and then leave, which is not true.
Hope to get help for the first issue, i’m planning to get the premium ASAP

    I see this https://imgur.com/a/XiVJcFj

I will check for the settings page in arabic to see what error happened ASAP.

Yes exactly. That text should be aligned to the right. Waiting for your response.

We can add a css rule for that in the next version for this problem.

For the issue on the settings page the page is rendered right https://imgur.com/a/S0DXHQ1 without any blank screen.
Do you have an error log on your website?

Okay great, that could be an issue in my theme causing the plugin to render blank space. I’m happy to know that it’s only me and not everyone else.
I’m planning on getting the pro version, when do you think the RTL text will be fixed? Could you give me a time estimation, please. Thank you.

I will translate the plugin into Arabic. That would be a nice addition for Arabs willing to use it. It’s a nice coincidence since I have a master degree in translation Arabic-English-French

I am doing the CSS changes so probably today or tomorrow there will be the new release with this support ??
