• I purchased this plugin to add to our website. I used the free plugin and thought it was fine, once I purchased the plugin, it broke the website and wasn’t compatible.

    I contacted Booking Ultra Pro regarding a refund, as they hadn’t replied to my original support message, and it took 1 month to respond. I had a response asking for an ID number, and since then have not had an update for 2 months.

    The support for the plugin is awful, and it is extremely difficult to get any information from them. The support isn’t even there.

    If you’re considering buying this plugin, be certain that you’ll not need a refund, as you will receive no support from them if anything goes wrong.

    I have already contacted them about 30 times in the past 4 months, to no avail, and to always be ignored. Asked to update the ticket, but every update to a ticket never gets answered.

    Seems to be they answer reviews, but not the tickets.
