Lack of Support
-
They do update their plugin frequently; however, You will hardly receive their support after paying their premium version. It is different from the majority premium plugins. I bought their plugin during the Black Friday, the learning curve of the plugin is steep, their videos and documentations are very limited and not clear enough. I sent them emails asking support; however, none of my emails sent to their support were answered even if they claim they provide ‘Quick Support’ and ‘Lifelong Support’ in their website. I try to send reminder messages to their Facebook messenger a few times to suggest them to check their email spam folder; however, none of the messages are replied. After checking their Facebook page, I found some customers who have the same situations as mine. Their support emails are unanswered. They tend to ignore the users’ emails and messages. The quality of the plugin support is very bad and they should not claim they provide Quick Support in their advertisement page, as they are making false trade descriptions of services, misleading omissions, aggressive commercial practices. They should remove the misleading wordings.
The functionality of the plugin is good and their price is inexpensive, however, they are too good to be true. Pay attention to their support issues if you feel interested in the plugins. And I hope the plugin author could care the customers who have paid them the premium version, as it is the way of trust. They plugin author should cherish this trust and treat their business as a long-term business. The WordPress keeps updating frequently, users need a reliable plugin.
