• I’m not sure if you have gotten impatient with me or what the issue is, but I have written to you numerous times within the past week for desperately-needed help. I purchased your plugin via a monthly subscription to verify the feasibility of using the plugin for this site, with the intent of buying a yearly license if it was indeed a solution. I was very encouraged by the results and the support — initially. There is a bit of a learning curve for the configuration, and at this point, I have only two issues that need resolution so we can launch and this issue is holding up this project. I am so invested in this plugin for this project, to start over with another product may compromise my relationship with my client. It is critical to have the alt text properly appear in the code for this project. While you suggested using alt=”{{img_desc}}” we tagged over a hundred+ images but NOT the description as the alt tag is the recommended SEO as suggested by MOZ https://moz.com/community/q/image-alt-descriptions. I tried to use alt=”{{img_alt}}” but it does not work. I have written to you a number of times for assistance with this but I have not gotten any reply. Please keep in mind that it is cost-prohibitive for me to retag each and every image on this site, in spite of that not being the recommendation. Also, I inquired about an issue with text not wrapping around images as that seems to not work with H tags. This initially seemed like a great solution for page generators, but any plugin worth its weight is only as good as the support, which is now in question. Please advise if you are willing to assist with this time-sensitive issue regarding your plugin.

    Then I am sorry, but you cannot get support for this plugin here. The authors cannot support customers here. That’s not allowed; no one is allowed to do that here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
