Lack of Support

  • If you are looking for a solid solution for membership management on your website, don’t go for Restrict Content. We do have the pro version of this plugin, but the support is close to none. Super slow, when they reply, you get a canned message or a really simple one that you’d feel like they don’t have any intention of helping you solve your issues at all. Red flag for a plugin in the wonderful world of WordPress.
