Hello,

I’ve researched the forum, and did not found the proper solution for my issue.

What I want to do is to upgrade WordPress and WooCommerce.

The details:

Production site:

WooCommerce 2.0.13
Wordpress 3.6.1
Theme Artificer 1.1
WooCommerce UPS Shipping by WooThemes 2.0.9

Everything works fine, and everything is setup well. Customers place orders.

DEV site:

WooCommerce 2.6.4
Wordpress 4.6.1
WooCommerce UPS Shipping by WooThemes – 3.1.3
Artificer 1.3.16

We made a copy of a production site, and then upgraded the elements listed above.

Now I, as a customer, have a problem with the shipping method. The UPS is not available, and it says: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

After some research I could not find any solution.

The debug mode says:
Can you help me with this?

Hi,

Our team has analyzed this issue.

LBS and Inches measurement is not allowed by UPS in Poland.

Change ‘Weight/Dimension Units’ to ‘KG/CM’ from plugin settings page.

It will start showing rates.

I have it set it to KG/CM from the beginning. Even on my production site.

Hi,

Here I can see you have set your product dimension units to KG/CM in Wocommerce->Settings->Products tab. But I would like to tell you to go to Wocommerce->Settings->Shipping->USPS tab.

That is our plugin settings page.

There you can find a dropdown named ‘Weight/Dimension Units’. Change that value to KG/CM to fix the issue.

Hi,

The plugin settings page screenshot, you have provided is not matching with our plugin settings page.

I am afraid of, whether this plugin is our UPS plugin or not. I would request you to double check that plugin.

If possible please uninstall and delete your current version and download our latest version(1.1.7) of UPS plugin.
