This plugin looks very promising and I would say it is the best of what is available on the wordpress’s plugin repository.
However as of today it is not yet usable due to lack of important features.
    For example:
    – I can create a task with a deadline. It is good. But there is no page where I could see a list of all my tasks and their deadlines. Definitely I will forget to perform this task if there is no possibility to view all of them (instead, I need to check every company for its tasks)
    – I can create a schedule and I can see it in the calendar view. Very good. But when I open the schedule from calendar, there is no hyperlink to the company or contact, nor there is an edit button. So, I need to go to company/contact section and look for that company in order to modify the schedule.
With lack of such basic functionality, I can hardly use it.
I really hope the improvements will be introduced into user-friendliness of the interface. ??
Also, when I create a company or contact, why e-mail field is mandatory. I have huge number of customers without e-mail. I don’t want to create fake e-mail addresses for each of them. Same goes to family name, name and life stage. Sometimes I only know name of the person and family name is to be identified in the course of further communication with the customer.

  • If you’re looking specifically for task tracking you might consider something like UkuuPeople which offers a list of individual user’s assigned tasks on the dashboard when you log in.

Thank you for suggestion. I was looking at UkuuPeople. I can say that is not a CRM system actually. Even it does not have COMPANY property. Only PEOPLE. They even position it as Human Relationship System.
So far, WPERP is the most advanced solution available here, but as of today it is not usable. I wish good luck to the team to develop it further. Regret I am not a coder to help them ??
